NOONAN ON TOP AGAIN IN 2006
Following their substantial achievement in 2005 as Prudential California Realty’s #1 sales team in San Diego County and #7 in the United States, Greg Noonan & Associates, of the La Jolla office, has started off 2006 with equal success. Noonan ranked #1 in production for selling homes in La Jolla and its coastal surrounds in San Diego County for the first half of this year.
“Real estate sales can be highly charged with emotion,” said Nicki Marcellino, manager of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office. “Greg gives his clients every advantage of his extraordinary knowledge, experience and track record, while carefully educating them to make sound decisions from both personal and professional points of view.”
A 29-year veteran in the La Jolla real estate market, Noonan says, “Home buyers and sellers may be reassured that real estate activity levels and prices continue to reflect the absolutely unique desirability of San Diego. Despite rising inventory levels, home values are holding their own.”
Noonan is the father of four sons, a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary Club International in San Diego, and a supporter of many charitable causes in the community. An avid boater, he offers his clients the unusual option of touring property areas via the water, from San Diego and Mission bays to the coastlines of Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar and beyond.
